3 Months To A Leaner You Part 2....



As promised.... A Sexy Abs workout:

Ok you might not LOOK sexy while you are doing it but it will get you sexy abs....

Warm up: repeat 2x
12 Y Squats
12 Push-ups
30 Jumping Jacks

Workout
12 mountian climbers (each leg)
6 modified spiderman push-ups (each leg)
12 alternating twisting lunges (each leg)
15 plie squats
repeat 3x through no break

45sec break....


30 sec. plank
30 sec side plank (each side)
15 heal touches (each side)
30 scissor kicks (each leg)


Take time to stretch, it is important and feels great!
